How it works
You nominate your clinic
Your name, your email, and the name of the clinic. Nothing about your child, and no login to create.
We contact your clinic
We reach out to the owner or clinical director and show them what Cliqit does. Clinics decide for themselves — we cannot switch one on from the outside.
You start getting updates on your child
If they come on board, you get the parent app and updates begin the same week their staff are trained.
You choose whether the clinic knows it was you.
Before you nominate
Will my clinic know I nominated them?
Only if you say so. The form asks, and if you would rather stay anonymous we approach the clinic as an ABA software company that would like to show them what we built, with no mention of where the introduction came from. Parents raising a concern about visibility should not have to worry about how that lands at pick-up.
Do I have to give you anything about my child?
No, and please do not. The form asks for your name, your email and your clinic. We do not want your child’s name, diagnosis, session notes or anything else about their care — that is protected health information, and it belongs in your clinic’s systems under a signed agreement, not in a nomination form.
What if my clinic says no?
Then nothing happens, and we tell you. A clinic choosing a different tool, or choosing to keep doing things the way they do them, is their call to make. We will not contact them repeatedly, and nominating twice does not help.
Is this free for me?
Yes. Cliqit is bought by the clinic, per location. Parents are never charged, never shown ads, and their contact details are not sold or shared — the only reason we hold your email is to tell you what your clinic said.
How long does it take?
We usually reach the clinic within a few days. How long the clinic then takes is up to them: some directors decide in one call, others want to see it at a staff meeting first. We will email you either way rather than leaving you wondering.
